1. ระยะเวลาประกัน: เริ่มนับตั้งแต่วันที่ซื้อสินค้า หรือ ปีที่ผลิตสินค้า
2. การใช้งาน: ต้องใช้งานตามคำแนะนำของผู้ผลิต หากเกิดความเสียหายจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี หรือใช้งานเกินกำลัง จะไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกัน
3. หลักฐานการซื้อ: กรุณาแนบใบเสร็จของสินค้าให้เจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อแสดงหลักฐานในการเคลมเท่านั้น
4. การรับประกัน: ไม่ครอบคลุมความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี อุบัติเหตุ ภัยธรรมชาติ การตกหล่น ตกน้ำ กดทับ หรือสาเหตุจากการดัดแปลงที่ไม่ใช่ของบริษัท
5. สินค้าประกัน: จะรับประกัน "สินค้าพร้อมกล่อง" เท่านั้น
6. การรับประกัน: เฉพะสินค้าหลักเท่านั้น จะไม่รวมอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงหรือของแถมอื่นๆ ที่มานอกเหนือจากตัวสินค้า
Commy Limited Warranty Terms
1. Warranty Duration: The warranty period begins on the purchase date or manufacturing date, whichever is applicable.
2. Authorized Usage: Products must be utilized within manufacturer guidelines. Any damage from misuse or operation beyond specified limits invalidates warranty protection.
3. Documentation Requirements: Original purchase receipts must be presented to authorized service personnel for warranty claim verification.
4. Limitations of Liability: This warranty excludes damages from user error, accidents, acts of nature, impact damage, liquid exposure, compression forces, or unauthorized third-party modifications.
5. Eligibility Criteria: Warranty service requires products to be returned with complete original packaging.
6. Product Coverage: Warranty applies solely to the primary product unit, excluding peripheral devices, attachments, or promotional accessories.
